How it works

Enquiry received

The form is validated in the browser and accepted.

Record created

A dated row is added to the enquiry list below.

Acknowledgement sent

The sender gets a confirmation carrying their reference.

Owner notified

Marisa gets the enquiry with the date and the headcount.

Follow-up reminder set

If nobody has replied in one working day, it comes back.

Four working days notice is comfortable. Two is usually possible. Anything under forty eight hours depends entirely on what is already in the book.

Assisted replies

There is a place in this workflow, between owner notified and the reply going out, where a drafting assistant would read the enquiry and propose a quote for Marisa to edit and send.

It is not built here. The integration point is reserved so that adding it later does not mean rebuilding the form or the workflow around it.
