Welcome to Fern & Flour. My name is Marisa, and this is the little room I have been baking in since the ovens went in.

Baking was never a hobby here. I grew up with flour on the counter and someone telling me the dough was ready when it felt ready, which is not a measurement but turned out to be true. Those afternoons are where all of this started.

Over the years my family and I have built up recipes we are fond of, and we make them the same way every morning. Nothing tastes better than something made properly and sold the same day. That is most of what we know.

When you come in, you are not a transaction. You are someone who wanted a good coffee and somewhere to drink it. I am glad to be the place that does that.
