Fern & FlourThree shops, Riverbend

01 / Shops

Three shops, one kitchen’s worth of stubbornness.

Same board, same prices. What differs is the kitchen behind each counter, and catering follows from that.

Mill Street is this brand’s original shop. Harbour Road and Kettle Lane are example locations, added to demonstrate multi-location scope, and are labelled as examples wherever they appear.

Why catering differs by shop

The menu is identical in all three. Catering is not, because catering is a kitchen question rather than a menu question.

Kettle Lane has no savoury kitchen, so it cannot make sandwiches for forty people no matter how far ahead you ask. Harbour Road has two ovens and a prep room, so it takes the large orders. Mill Street sits in between, capped by the one deck oven it has always had.

The planner enforces all of it. Pick a shop and it will only offer what that shop can do, and tell you which of the others can do the rest.
