An estimate is arithmetic from the rates above. It is indicative and you owe nothing.

An enquiry is that estimate, sent. We still have to agree to it, and we sometimes cannot: a full morning past sixty people is more than one oven can do.

An order exists only once we have sent a quote, you have accepted it, and the deposit is recorded. Until all three of those, the date is not held.
